Cooking Class – Drive Time 10 Mins – Visiting Time – 1 hour and 30 Mins.
Sri Lankan cuisine is a vibrant blend of bold spices, tropical ingredients, and centuries-old traditions. Influenced by Indian, Arab, Portuguese, Dutch, and Malay cultures, it offers a rich variety of dishes centered on rice, coconut, and a colorful array of vegetables, meats, and seafood.

You can customize the menu to your liking, with vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and pescatarian options available — including your choice of vegetables, fish, and spice level.

  • Steamed Sri Lankan White rice Or Red Rice or Coconut Roti.
  •  Sri Lankan Flavored Lentil Curry – undoubtedly the most popular dish in Sri Lanka ( Yellow Lentils with the Coconut Cream and Herbs)
  •  Negombo Style Fish Curry – Barramundi or your favorite fish with the Negombo Style curry with spices & Special curry powder with mild spicy level.
  • Coconut Milk with Snake gourd/Bitter Gourd/Bottel Gourd or Cooking Melon.
  • Shredded vegetable & Leafy Greens with grated Coconut.
  • Coconut Sambole.
  • Tropical Fruit Juice with Mint.
