We used Real Lanka Holidays throughout our trip in Sri Lanka, a total of 5 times. Communication was always clear and prompt often with only a days notice of the trip we wanted to do. The drivers were prompt and really friendly, stopping to allow us to take pictures of wildlife or bathroom/ snack breaks. I would say make sure you mention if you need a bigger car if you have a lot of luggage. We were always fine just the 2 of us and our bags but any more luggage and we might have sometimes needed a bigger car. Also just allow extra time for important journeys for important timelines such as airports. But we would definitely recommend Real Lanka Holidays and would use them again for any future trips to Sri Lanka.
