We had an amazing experience with them! From the initial planning to execution, everything was done with care and professionalism! Premil was always patient and helpful when answering my questions during the planning stage. We had a packed and complicated itenerary and Premil's insight helped a lot with planning! Our driver Anura was amazing! His driving is perfect, and as a person he is really kind and helpful. He was always willing to answer questions and make conversation. He always made sure we were comfortable, looking out for us on the road and in tourist sites. Everyone in my family got along with him really well! We are really glad that we chose Real Lanka tours and we are looking forward to travelling with them again!

Easy airport to hotel transfers. - Was picked up from the airport by a kind gentleman who showed us to the rest of our group. The driver was with us within a few minutes and helped load our luggage onto the mini bus. The driver was very professional and offered us bottled water and toilet breaks if we required. Fantàstic, good service and good price  - Our experience with this agency was so good. We asked for taxi services to make some trips around Sri Lanka and they answered always very fast and also the prices were better than other companies. We did all the trips with the same driver, Kamal, and we were so happy to be with him. He had a good car, he was always at time, very kind with us and he also explained to us very interesting things about Sri Lanka. For sure, if we would come back to Sri Lanka we would like to repeat with this agency and Kamal.
