We used Real Lanka Holidays throughout our trip in Sri Lanka, a total of 5 times. Communication was always clear and prompt often with only a days notice of the trip we wanted to do. The drivers were prompt and really friendly, stopping to allow us to take pictures of wildlife or bathroom/ snack breaks. I would say make sure you mention if you need a bigger car if you have a lot of luggage. We were always fine just the 2 of us and our bags but any more luggage and we might have sometimes needed a bigger car. Also just allow extra time for important journeys for important timelines such as airports.
