What we do in Colombo

We will explore the culture, history and people of Sri Lanka through the Colombo city in two and half hours of walking. If your Sri lanka tour just started will be nice option to get an idea about the Country. We walk through the busiest part of the country and visit worship places for major religions of the country. And I would like to give some tips about travel Sri Lanka.

Places we Cover in Colombo

  • Galle Face Green Beach Park – Colombo famous and only public beach.
  • Southern expansion of Colombo Harbor – can’t tell much its belong to china and India
  • Waterfront with WWII cannons and Old Parliament.- pointed to west but it doesn’t mean we don’t like them.
  • Colombo Light House – will not need any more since there is no more sea after the light house.
  • The Prison cell of Last King of Sri Lanka – it was too small for our last king.
  • Lighthouse with the clock tower designed by lady ward. – made before the big ben clock.
  • Old Dutch hospital                                                                       
  • York Street with remnants of British colonial architecture
  • President house, Cargills & Gaffoor Buildings.
  • St.Peter’s Church & Buddhist Temple.
