We pick our clients from the hotel and drive to national park. After obtaining the tickets/permit we will drive through the park to find the hotpots of animal gatherings /scenic views. Our experienced drivers/guides know where and when animals gather. Sri Lankan national parks are more famous for Leapards (Panthera pardus kotiya) and the Sri Lankan Elephants. We guarantee you will witness the sight of this wonderful endemic mammals of Sri Lanka. Other than Leopards & Elephants you will see Sri Lankan sloth bear (Melursus ursinus inornatus)/ Sambar deer (Rusa unicolor)/ spotted deer (Axis Axis)/ Ruddy mongoose (Urva smithii)/ Indian grey mongoose (Urva edwardsii)/ Golden jackal (Canis aureus)/ Indian hare (Lepus nigricollis)/ Tufted gray langur (Semnopithecus priam)/ toque macaque (Macaca sinica). And the reptiles such as Indian rock Python (Python molurus)/ saltwater crocodile (Crocodylus porosus)/ Bengal monitor or common Indian monitor (Varanus bengalensis). Birds such as (crested hawk-eagle (Nisaetus cirrhatus)/ brown fish owl (Ketupa zeylonensis)/ Sri Lanka grey hornbill (Ocyceros gingalensis)/ white-rumped shama (Copsychus malabaricus)/ brown-capped babbler (Pellorneum fuscocapillus)
Safari experience would take around 3.5 to 4 hours. We also have option to extend the journey time as well. In the end we would drop you at the hotel.
