Detailed Itinerary
Ayubowan!! Welcome to Sri Lanka. You will be meet by representatives of Real Lanka at the airport and from there you will be transferred to a hotel in Colombo by our accessible luxury vehicle. Ride will take approx. 1 hour from the airport . You can relax rest of the day at the beachfront hotel. All the meals are included.
After the breakfast you can enjoy city tour of Colombo. We cover all accessible tourists attractions of the city. We will start with the Independence square (Independence Memorial Hall) built for commemoration of the independence of Sri Lanka from the British rule. We will then visit the Colombo Museum where you can get detailed knowledge about Sri Lankan Art/Culture/History and more. We will take our lunch at nearby restaurant and then we will drive through Colombo busy roads and in the evening we will stop in Galle Face green beach and taste the street food. Overnight stay will be the same hotel in Colombo.
Things to do in Colombo: Take a city tour, visit Gangaramaya temple, admire the Red Mosque, take in the genuine vibe of Pettah Market Colombo, relax at Mount Lavinia beach, take a walk on Galle Face Green, walk around Viharamahadevi Park, be mesmerized by the colorful Sri Kailawasanathan temple, visit the Independence Memorial Hall, Colombo National Museum or go up the Lotus Towe
After the breakfast we will transfer to hotel in Galle which will take approx. 3 hours from the Colombo hotel. After the drive we will have lunch at the hotel and then visit and participate in walking tour inside Galle Dutch fort conducted by our guide. You can enjoy the famous sunset over the Indian ocean from the crazy jumpers point of the fort. You can choose the dinner at the hotel or restaurant inside the Galle fort. Overnight stay will be at hotel in Galle.
After the breakfast in the hotel in Galle we will proceed to Tangalle, another beach city located at the southern side of the country. We have choosen calm accessible resort for you where you can enjoy the sandy beach in-front of the hotel. You will be staying here two days. We will visit sea turtle conservation center nearby. All the meals are included.
After the breakfast at the hotel, we will leave the country’s beaches and will drive to hilly region of the country. Our next stop will be highest town in Sri Lanka, Nuwara Eliya. On our way to Nuwara Eliya we will stop to see Ravana waterfall. This is one of the easiest accessible waterfall in the country where you can witness the beautiful waterfall closely without treking or hiking. After another two hours drive we will reach the Nuwara Eliya. Overnight stay will be accessible hotel in Nuwara Eliya.
Next day in Nuwara Eliya we will cover the lakes in the middle of Nuwara Eliya (Gregory lake and Victoria park). After lunch we will visit the accessible tea factory near to Nuwara Eliya. where you can taste Ceylon tea and can visit the tea plantation too. Overnight stay will be same hotel in Nuwara Eliya. All meals are included.
Nuwara Eliya: Nicknamed as “Little England” it is one of coldest city in the country. All around Nuwara Eliya you will see evidence of the British influence including red telephone boxes and well-tendered hedgerows. The town’s high altitude affords visitors breath-taking vistas over the valleys, grasslands and mountains. Many tourists come through the town on their way to hike up incredible peaks such as Adam’s Peak. You will also see lush vegetation and impressive waterfalls. Nuwara Eliya is also one of the biggest tea plantations areas on the island.
We will take our breakfast in the hotel and leave for Kandy. Kandy is second largest city after the Colombo and cultural hub. On our way to Kandy we stop at Ramboda waterfall. You can have the lunch at near by restaurant. We will be staying two night in Kandy. You can cover the botanical garden and cultural dance as per your schedule. All the meals are included. Your hotel will accessible with the view of Kandy city.
Kandy: The cultural capital of Sri Lanka, a world heritage site sits pretty in a valley surrounded by rings of mountains. Right in the heart of the city center of Kandy is the man-made lake called Kiri Muhuda (Sinhala: the sea of milk), the one and only decorative lake in Sri Lanka. Kandy is most famous for the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa). This beautiful city is gifted with scores of attractions that include Royal Botanical Gardens, Kandy Lake, Bahirawakanda temple for spiritual seekers, Udawattekele Sanctuary, Ceylon Tea Museum – a paradise for tea lovers, Wales Park – for a peaceful walk and many more.
After the brekfast from our hotel in Kandy we will leave for Ampara, a rural town near Gal Oya valley national park. First day we will take rest. In the evening we will organised ethnic Sri Lankan cooking at the hotel. Next day morning we will do safari from our accessible boat inside the park. This is the only place in Sri Lanka where you can see elephants while you are in boat and will be an amazing experience for you. We choose this unique experience instead of common safari which have bumpy roads for your convenience. All the meals and overnight stay will be at the same hotel in Ampara.
Today we will take our breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to Dambulla. Sigiriya is one of iconic place in Sri lanka situated in cultural triangle. Since its hard to climb we have organised tour around the rock and village tour. We will stay one night in Dambulla. All the meals are included.
Sigiriya Lion Rock & Its Pleasure Gardens: Sigiriya is one of the most valuable historical monuments of Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is nicknamed Lion Rock for its formerly lion-shaped peak—of which the only remaining features are a pair of massive clawed feet. Sigiriya has water gardens, cave and boulder gardens, and also terraced gardens. It`s a lovely place to sit and be in one with nature.
We will transfer you to our last destination in our journey in Sri Lanka, Negombo small city famous for its beach and sea food. Drive time will be 3 hours from the Dambulla. After relaxing for few hours at the accessible hotel in Negombo we will conduct the city tour on a specially designed Tuk-Tuk. We cover all the tourist attractions in the city including fish market visit. After the city tour we arrange the sea food dinner outside restaurant.
Next day you will be transfer to airport which is 30 mins drive away from Negombo. Our representative will meet you at the airport to deliver special gift which we designed for you. Good Bye! Have a safe flight.
